    The Go Nagambie on Water Festival has been exhibiting the best of Nagambie’s stunning natural resources and community spirit every year since 2008 and in 2026 the event is set to be bigger and better than ever.

    Featuring a diverse selection of family-friendly activities set around the stunning Lake Nagambie, the festival invites Nagambie locals and visitors alike to participate in a variety of fun and interactive outdoor events.

    Seven Sisters Festival creates a powerful, respectful, and supportive space where those who self identify as women—across all lived experiences—can be heard, seen, and celebrated. It's a place to share wisdom, heal in community, and inspire one another on our individual and collective journeys.

    ​Over the past decade, this drug & alcohol free wellbeing event has drawn in tens of thousands of individuals, touching hearts, transforming lives, and continuing to serve as a vital platform for diverse voices, creativity, and authentic expression.

    ​Seven Sisters continues to offer opportunities to connect, contribute, and uplift one another. It is a space to gather tools, resources, and inspiration to support each participant’s truth, growth, and sense of possibility—across all areas of life.

    Following great success in 2025, mark your diaries to join us in April 2026 for another year of the Goulburn Valley’s favourite food and wine festival (where music is a growing trend too)! Here, you’ll discover the very best food, wine and fun from the Goulburn Valley region; hosted on the picturesque heritage-lined Station Street in Seymour.

    Gather your friends and family during the 2026 Easter school holidays and enjoy a curated line-up of live bands, chef demonstrations, wine and beer tastings, regional produce, food trucks, stalls and kids’ activities.

    You don’t get to be the oldest continuously producing wine region in Victoria without knowing a thing or two about making a good drop. But the Goulburn Valley is about more than just incredible wine. At Tastes of the Goulburn, you’ll find farm-fresh produce, talented regional artists, beer, cider and spirits and so much more.

  • NAGAMBIE LAKE PARKRUN

    Nagambie Lake Parkrun - there’s something magical about this run! Every Saturday from 8am.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Parkrun is a FREE, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event.

    Parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.

    We’d love for you to join in with a parkrun event!

    Parkrun is free and you only need to register once whether walking, jogging, running, volunteering or a combination.

    The Nagambie Farmers' Market bringing back fresh local food. Owned by Go Nagambie, the Nagambie Farmers’ Market is operated In partnership with Tahbilk Estate.

    Tahbilk is home to the Nagambie Farmers' Market every fourth Sunday of the month. Here, you’ll find some of the best producers in our region and interesting artisan products to take your cooking to the next level.

  • AVENEL MARKET

    SECOND SATURDAY EVERY MONTH

    Make it, Bake it, Grow it at the Avenel Market.

    The Avenel Market is located at the luscious green grounds of Jubilee Park in Avenel. Join our community at this iconic country market where each month we support local makers, artisans, musicians and farmers. Avenel Market is on the Second Sunday of the month between 9am to 1pm. The township of Avenel is located 90 min north of Melbourne, just off the Hume Freeway, and is situated at the foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges between Euroa and Seymour.

  • NEW YEARS EVE FIREWORKS 10PM

    THURSDAY 31 DECEMBER, 2026
    Nagambie

    The annual New Years Eve fireworks display are released from the the Nagambie Lakes Regatta Centre at 10pm each year on the 31st December. The 8 minute display is brought to you by Go Nagambie, with generous funding from the Nagambie 3608 Brewery & Distillery, Nagambie Rowing Club, Beer Auto Group and GVR Quarry and Earthworks.

    An exclusion zone will be in effect from 2pm to 11:59pm on the 31st December 2026. Please refer to the exclusion zone map for more info.

    The display is visible from all areas surrounding Lake Nagambie. The new foreshore walk offers another vantage point for viewing of the fireworks connecting the town centre to the Nagambie Lakes Regatta Centre.

    Go Nagambie encourage families to support the local cafes and restaurants, pack a picnic and sit back and enjoy the display.
